I'll share uplifting songs and rhythms from around the world. You'll leave the sessions with some simple songs to connect to for inspiration and resilience. Singing on Zoom is a little different than in-person in that we are unable to sing at the same time due to a delay. It's more like singing your own private duet while your microphone is muted, but we still create a connection and receive the benefits of singing! I lead call and response and all levels of singers are welcome.
